There continues to be a ton of activity over here—we've got one beer conditioning in bottles, another in the fermenter, and after we mix up another batch of Murder Hornet for a competition we've got a new concept hot on its heels. Stay tuned!

An elegant pilsner with a strong yet understated hop aroma—light and refreshing!
Ingredients
  • Grain bill: Eraclea Pilsner, Vienna, Belgian Aromatic, Acidulated Malt
  • Hops: Magnum, Perle, Southern Cross, Saphir
  • Yeast: Imperial L13 Global
